Contact Social Concierge on Telegram

Every request comes in through one Telegram chat, read by the same small team that does the work. Write in English, and don't worry about getting the wording perfect.

To contact Social Concierge, message @TGMassReporterSupport on Telegram. Tell us which platform, link the profile, and add a sentence or two about what went wrong. You'll hear back with the official route that fits, a quote, and an honest time estimate. We'll never request a password or login code.

New to Telegram? It's free on phones, desktop, and the web. If you'd rather we didn't see your phone number, set the Phone Number option under Privacy and Security to Nobody before you write.

What should you send in your first message?

A few specifics save a round of back-and-forth. Copy this outline into your message and fill in whatever you know:

Platform:
Profile link or username:
What happened:
When it started:
What I've already tried:
My country:

Screenshots of error messages, warning emails, or ban notices help most. Crop out anything unrelated, such as other people's chats. If the problem involves an impersonator or someone harassing you, include their profile link as well.

What will we never ask you for?

  • Your password, for any account or email address.
  • Login codes, 2FA codes, or printed backup codes.
  • Remote access, screen-sharing apps, or anything to install.
  • Payment to a third party who says they can "unban" you.

If someone messages you first while claiming to be us, or asks for any of those, it isn't us. We only answer from @TGMassReporterSupport, and we don't send unsolicited messages.

What happens after you message us?

  1. We read it and ask what's missing. Usually that's one or two follow-up questions about dates, emails, or screenshots.
  2. You get a route, a price, and a timeframe. The timeframe is based on how that platform's process usually runs, not a guess.
  3. You decide. Nothing starts until you say yes, and you can stop at any point.

Not ready to write yet? The help topics explain the common problems in detail, and the homepage shows the waiting periods platforms publish.

One more thing worth knowing: Social Concierge is an independent team. We don't work for Meta, TikTok, X, Telegram, Google, or any other platform, and we can't see inside their review queues. What we bring is experience with their public forms and a careful, complete submission.
